Onze klant is een grote speler in de audit- en boekhoudkundige sector. TwInsight nam tijdelijk de functie op van HR Directeur ad interim en verzekerde een vlotte overdracht. Nadien versterkten wij nog tijdelijk het intern HR team in de vele uitdagingen die op de plank lagen en namen actieve rollen op binnen Talent Management, Recrutering en bijhorende uitdagingen in tijden van War on Talent. In een zeer competitieve markt die gekenmerkt wordt door overnames en fusies versterkten wij bovendien via een tijdelijk rol als HR Integratie Manager de integratie van andere organisaties binnen het moederbedrijf. Onze ruime ervaring binnen HR, Organisatieontwikkeling en Change zijn hierbij een absolute troef.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
